I use techniques of gender switching and multiple characters to explore ideas of identity and feminist issues. Working in both photography and video I like to utilise playful humour to gently question gender stereotypes and at times highlight absurdities of male iconography. The work often involves painstaking technical manipulation as well as numerous costumes that combine to create colourful and exciting images.
